I hope to reach lots of people who already have a small business, or are in the process of starting a new business.
It would be good to share ideas of what works, etc. I recently started my 2nd small business after being retired for about 10 years. I am going about this one in a whole different way.
My business is commercial embroidery, and I just have a single head machine. What I have decided this time around, is to digitize my own designs, run a sample for my customer, then send the order out to have it done by a large firm. It saves time, and I can use my single head for small orders. It seems to be working out quite well so far.
